§ 8-12-103. Term of Office — Location of Records
Universal Citation: TN Code § 8-12-103 (2021)
- The county surveyor shall hold that office for the term of four (4) years, and until a successor is elected and qualified.
- The county surveyor shall keep the records of the surveyor's office at the county seat.
