§ 71-5-114. Subpoena and Examination of Witnesses

- The appropriate departments have the power to subpoena witnesses, to compel their attendance and the production of papers and writings.
- The officers and employees designated by the appropriate department may administer oaths and examine witnesses under oath in connection with any application or proceedings under this part.
