§ 68-217-113. State and Local Permits — Exceptions
Universal Citation: TN Code § 68-217-113 (2021)
No state or local permits shall be required for activities that are conducted:
- As part of a response or remedial action overseen by the department pursuant to this chapter;
- Entirely on-site; and
- In accordance with this part;
provided, that such activities meet all standards that would apply if such permits were required.
