- The department of education shall furnish to the department of health a list of all persons enumerated in the school census who have a physical disability.
- Such children of school age or younger shall be listed, together with the nature of their disabilities, on a separate enumeration blank provided for that purpose.

- For listing each such child below school age the sum of ten cents (10¢) shall be allowed the enumerator.
- It is the duty of the county board of education and of the city board of education in cities maintaining separate school systems to have enumerated all children with a physical disability of school age or younger residing within their respective jurisdictions, and to furnish to the department of education a list of such persons.
