§ 68-11-1103. Indigent Health Care Risk Fund — Deposits — Interest — Payments — Reports

- All funds received, appropriated or otherwise coming under § 68-11-216(c) [obsolete] shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the indigent health care risk fund.
- Any interest earned on such funds shall also be credited to the indigent health care risk fund.
- The commissioner of finance and administration shall make payments from the fund in the same manner as other state agencies for the administration and implementation of the purposes of this part.

- Amounts in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund, but shall remain available for the purposes as set forth in this part.
- The commissioner shall report to the general assembly annually on the financial status of the fund, including receipts, payments, the year-end balance, and such other information as may be pertinent.
