§ 56-43-112. Rules and Regulations

- The commissioner may promulgate in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, reasonable rules as are necessary or proper to carry out this chapter.
- The commissioner may, in accordance with subsection (a), promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to provide for the licensing of agents.
