§ 5-21-129. Revocation of Adoption
Universal Citation: TN Code § 5-21-129 (2021)
- This chapter once adopted may be revoked by the same method used to adopt the chapter.
- Such revocation shall be effective with the fiscal year beginning at least sixty (60) days after passage of the resolution or referendum.
