§ 49-16-103. Use of Funds

- LEAs are authorized to use basic education program (BEP) funds in the implementation and operation of virtual education programs.
- The department of education and local education agencies may apply for and receive grants and accept donations to help fund virtual education programs, particularly in the startup phase.
