- If more than one (1) victim may claim funds from an escrow account, no victim may be compensated until all claims against the defendant have been adjudicated.
- If more than one (1) victim recovers a judgment for money damages, and funds from the escrow account are insufficient to satisfy fully all judgments, money shall be apportioned to each victim on a prorated basis.
