§ 69-5-806. Provisions Applicable if District Contains More Than One County

If the district contains lands that lie in more than one (1) county, then the provision in §69-5-111 applicable to the county clerk and the trustees shall likewise apply to the county clerk and trustees in the proceeding provided for in §§69-5-804 and69-5-805.
