§ 67-5-2418. Orders, Notices, and Judgments as to One or More Defendants — Appeal

- Orders may be entered, notices may be filed, including notices adding parties and consolidating cases pursuant to § 67-5-2405(b)(2), and judgments may be taken against any one (1) or more defendants included in the action, without affecting the rights of the other parties to the action.
- Any one (1) or more defendants shall have the right to appeal, and such appeal shall not affect the standing of the cause as to other parties to the proceedings.
