§ 67-5-1314. Commercial Air Carrier Companies
Universal Citation: TN Code § 67-5-1314 (2020)
In addition to the information required by §67-5-1303, the schedules and statements submitted by commercial air carrier companies which are assessed by the comptroller of the treasury shall include:
- The number, type, kind, and cost of all aircraft owned and/or used by the company;
- All machinery, tools, equipment, and all real and personal property owned and/or used by the company; and
- The gross revenue, passengers, takeoffs, landings, franchised routes, and ground hours in the system and the state.
