§ 55-19-111. Operation of School or Acting as Instructor Without License a Misdemeanor
Universal Citation: TN Code § 55-19-111 (2020)
- It is a Class A misdemeanor for any individual to direct or operate, alone or in conjunction with others, any commercial driver training school without being currently licensed pursuant to this chapter.
- It is a Class A misdemeanor for any person to act as instructor in a commercial driver training school without being currently licensed pursuant to this chapter.
