§ 40-19-102. Forfeiture of Fees by Clerk

Universal Citation: TN Code § 40-19-102 (2020)

Any clerk of a circuit or criminal court who is guilty of any neglect or omission as stated in §40-19-101 shall forfeit all tax fees and costs to which the clerk would otherwise be entitled.
