§ 4-24-103. Quorum — Officers
Universal Citation: TN Code § 4-24-103 (2020)
- Five (5) members shall constitute a quorum.
- In July of each even-numbered year, the commission shall elect from its membership a chair, a vice chair, and a secretary.
