- The remedies and procedures set out in §§ 39-17-901 — 39-17-908 are supplementary to each other and no remedy shall be construed as excluding or prohibiting the use of any other remedy.
- Except as expressly provided in this part, §§ 39-17-901 — 39-17-908 shall not be construed as repealing any provisions of any other statute, but shall be supplementary thereto and cumulative thereto.
