§ 3-6-108. Prospective Application of Chapter
Universal Citation: TN Code § 3-6-108 (2020)
For the purposes of enforcement, this chapter shall be prospective only, and the Tennessee ethics commission shall limit its investigations to acts or omissions that occur on or after October 1, 2006.
