§ 43-8-312. Notification of application.

Prior to making an aerial application of a pesticide or no later than the day of the application, aerial applicators applying pesticides in this state shall report to the department the name of the landowner and the location of each intended pesticide application as well as the name or names of the pesticide or pesticides to be sprayed.
