§ 36-3-304. Form of certificate.
Universal Citation: TN Code § 36-3-304 (2019)
- The clerk shall, on each license, place the following form of certificate, to be signed by the person solemnizing the marriage:
- “I solemnize the rite of matrimony between the above (or within) named parties on the ____ day of ____, ____.”
