§ 8-11-107. Receipts for costs filed.
Universal Citation: TN Code § 8-11-107 (2018)
No county trustee shall pay to any clerk any bill of costs in which other claimants are included, unless the clerk files the receipt or order of such claimant at the time the payment is made.
