§ 7-51-1801. Short title -- Part definitions.

(a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act."
(b) As used in the part, the term:
(1) "County" includes any county having a metropolitan form of government; and
(2) "Local government" means a municipality or county.
