Chapter 27 - Employee Suggestion Award and Incentive Plans
§ 4-27-103. Duties of board.
Universal Citation: TN Code § 4-27-103 (2018)
- It is the duty of the board to:
(1) Adopt rules governing its proceedings;
(2) Elect a chair and secretary;
(3) Keep permanent and accurate records of its proceedings;
(4) Establish criteria for making awards;
(5) Adopt rules and regulations to carry out this chapter;
(6) Approve each award made; and
(7) Meet at least quarterly to evaluate suggestions made by employees.
