§ 35-5-109. Time of sale.

The sale in all these cases shall be made between the hours of nine o'clock a.m. (9:00 a.m.) and seven o'clock p.m. (7:00 p.m.) of the day fixed in the notice or advertisement. The day fixed may be any day Monday through Saturday, but shall not be fixed on a state or federal legal holiday. However, this requirement shall not be applicable to sales of parcels pursuant to title 67, chapter 5.
