§ 49-10-602. Enforcement of provisions -- Speedy implementation.

Nothing in parts 1-6 of this chapter shall be construed to limit any right that any child or the child's parent or guardian may have to enforce the provision of any regular or special educational service, nor shall the time at which school districts are required to submit plans or proceed with implementation of special education programs be taken as authorizing any delay in the provision of education or related services to which a child may otherwise be entitled.
