§ 62-18-104. Public member.

TN Code § 62-18-104 (2016) What's This?

In addition to appointments made pursuant to ยง 62-18-103, the board shall also consist of one (1) member who shall be appointed by the governor for a six-year term, each term to begin on July 1 and who shall not be engaged in the practice of land surveying. The member shall be a resident of this state and shall possess good moral character.
