TN Code § 49-7-815 (2015) What's This?

Subject to the limitations in ยง 49-7-814, the board, or its nominee, has full power to hold, purchase, sell, assign, transfer or dispose of any of the securities or investments in which the assets of the funds have been invested, as well as of the proceeds of the investments and any moneys belonging to the funds.
