§ 29-4-104 - Judgment -- Jurisdiction.

TN Code § 29-4-104 (2015) What's This?

The judgment or decree shall be entered as in other cases, and no objection shall lie to the jurisdiction of the circuit or chancery court, whether the matter be of legal or equitable cognizance.
