§ 8-36-803 - Election not to reenroll in retirement system.

TN Code § 8-36-803 (2014) What's This?

Should the reemployed retiree execute an irrevocable nonelection form as provided in ยง 8-36-802, the retiree shall make no further contributions nor establish any additional service; but, upon final retirement, shall be entitled to the same benefits to which the retiree was entitled before restoration to service.
