§ 63-11-214 - Code of ethics.
TN Code § 63-11-214 (2014) What's This?
The board of examiners shall adopt a code of ethics to govern appropriate practices or behavior as referred to in ยงยง 63-11-207, 63-11-208 and 63-11-215 and shall file such code with the secretary of state within thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such code.
