TN Code § Appendix 49-5-606 (2014) What's This?

A professional employees' organization recognized pursuant to this part shall be the exclusive representative of all the professional employees employed by that board of education for the purpose of negotiating. A challenge to recognition may be made only by the board of education or another professional employees' organization as provided in ยง 49-5-605.
