§ 47-26-1008 - License fees.

TN Code § 47-26-1008 (2014) What's This?

The commissioner has the authority to set fees for the administration and effective enforcement of this part. Before the issuance of a new license or renewal of a license as a public weighmaster, the applicant must pay a fee equal to eighteen dollars ($18.00) per year to the department. All funds collected under this part shall be credited to the department to be used as expendable receipts in the enforcement of this part.
