§ 47-18-204 - Denial, suspension, revocation of registration -- Rules and regulations.

TN Code § 47-18-204 (2014) What's This?

(a) The division of consumer affairs in the department of commerce and insurance may deny, suspend, or revoke a registration for:

(1) A violation of any of this part; or

(2) The making of a false statement on the registration application form.

(b) The division of consumer affairs may adopt rules and regulations to administer this part. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
