§ 41-4-137 - Refund to county of fees collected from defendant.

TN Code § 41-4-137 (2014) What's This?

If, after the hearing of any case in any of the courts upon which the costs of jailer's fees or any part of the jailer's fees has been paid as provided in ยง 41-4-136, any of the sum is collected from the defendant, the sum collected shall be placed in the county treasury to reimburse the county.
