§ 29-30-216 - Fees before general sessions court.

The following fees shall be allowed in such suit:
(1) For issuing the writ ..................... $1.00;
(2) For rendering the judgment ..................... .75;
(3) To the constable, for executing the writ ..................... 3.00.
