§ 5-12-203 - Applicability.

The provisions of this part apply to each department, office or agency funded, in whole or in part, from county appropriations. Nevertheless, with regard to entities receiving county funds pursuant to ยง 5-9-109, only the requested county appropriation and expenditures of county funds shall be included within the provisions of this part.
