9-2-109 - Time of reports Filing.

9-2-109. Time of reports Filing.

(a)  The report required by § 9-2-108 shall be made quarterly, on the first Monday in January, April, July and October.

(b)  The county executive shall note on each report the day the same was by such county executive received, and shall cause the report to be kept fastened in book form and file the same with the county register.

(c)  The reports shall be public records, open to the inspection of the public, free of charge, whenever such inspection may be demanded.
