66-32-135. Construction of §§ 66-32-131 66-32-133 with Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.
The provisions of §§ 66-32-131 66-32-133 shall be in addition to those provisions in the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act, compiled in title 47, chapter 18; provided, that to the extent that any provisions of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act are in conflict with the provisions contained in §§ 66-32-131 66-32-133, the provisions of Tennessee Consumer Protection Act shall control.
