6-33-110. Deposits and disbursements of funds under cooperative agreements.
All money received pursuant to any such contract or cooperative action, under the provisions of § 6-33-107 or § 6-33-108, unless otherwise provided by law, shall be deposited in the appropriate fund or funds and disbursed in accordance with the provisions of such contract or cooperative action.
