57-7-113. Keeping more than limited quantity unlawful.

(a)  It is unlawful for any druggist to possess at any one (1) time an amount of alcohol or wine, or both combined, which is greater than one percent (1%) of the amount of the stock of merchandise of such druggist last returned for taxation.

(b)  A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
