56-3-604. Persons liable to the company for use and acceptance of funds for political purposes.

Any officer, trustee, director, stockholder, agent, or representative mentioned in § 56-3-601 or any other person who makes or causes to be made or solicits or receives any contribution in violation of this part shall be liable to the company or association for the amount so contributed.
