56-3-602. Penalty for use and acceptance of funds for political purposes.

Any officer, trustee, director, stockholder, attorney, agent or representative mentioned in § 56-3-601 who violates this part, or who participates in, aids, abets, advises, or consents to any violation, and any person who solicits or knowingly receives any money or property in violation of this part, commits a Class C misdemeanor.
