55-6-110 - No fee, charge or other cost to be charged or assessed against OEM headquarters company vehicle titling or registration.
55-6-110. No fee, charge or other cost to be charged or assessed against OEM headquarters company vehicle titling or registration.
Notwithstanding any provision of chapters 1-5 of this title or this chapter to the contrary, no fee, charge or other cost otherwise applicable under chapters 1-5 of this title or this chapter shall be charged or assessed against any OEM headquarters company in connection with the titling or registration of any OEM headquarters company vehicle.
