55-50-401 - Limitation on number of driver licenses.

55-50-401. Limitation on number of driver licenses.

No person who operates a commercial motor vehicle shall have more than one (1) driver license, except during the ten-day period beginning on the date the person is issued a driver license, and, until December 31, 1989, whenever a state law enacted on or before June 1, 1986, requires the person to have more than one (1) driver license.
