49-5-5015. Receipt of professional licenses by persons teaching in nonpublic schools.
Persons having received valid teaching licenses from the department of education who teach in Category I, II, or III nonpublic schools that comply with § 49-5-5204 shall receive professional licenses in a manner equitable to public school teachers.
