37-1-206. Referees Court personnel Signs.

Judges of juvenile courts shall appoint referees where constitutionally required and such other court personnel as may be necessary to assure availability of juvenile court services in every county of this state. Every court having juvenile jurisdiction shall have a sign in a conspicuous place identifying it as the “Juvenile Court.”
