Section 27A-7-8 - Compensation, mileage, and expenses of board members.

27A-7-8. Compensation, mileage, and expenses of board members.

The members of the board of mental illness, other than a magistrate judge, shall be allowed compensation at an hourly rate as determined by the county commissioners for all time actually employed in the duties of their offices as members of such board of mental illness. All members of the board shall be allowed mileage at the rate determined by the board of finance and other necessary actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as members of such board.
