57A-10-102. Specific repealer--Provision for transition.

(1)Effective July 1, 1967, the following laws are hereby repealed: SDC 3.0215 except the first sentence thereof; SDC 6.0422; SDC 8.04; subsection (4) of SDC 10.0605; SDC 39.02 except the second paragraph of 39.0201, 39.0211, the first and third paragraphs of 39.0212, and the first paragraph of 39.0214; SDC 39.04 as amended by chapter 168 of the Session Laws of 1945 and chapter 176 of the Session Laws of 1947; SDC 39.0511 and 39.0513; SDC Title 46 as amended by chapter 256 of the Session Laws of 1961; SDC 54.01; SDC 54.02 as amended by chapter 181 of the Session Laws of 1943; SDC 54.03 as amended by chapter 297 of the Session Laws of 1963, and SDC 60.04; SDC 1960 Supp. 6.0412-1, 6.0412-2, 6.0412-3, 6.0412-4, 6.0420; SDC 1960 Supp. 37.35, 39.18 and 39.19.

(2)Transactions validly entered into before the effective date specified in §57A-10-101 and the rights, duties and interests flowing from them remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated or enforced as required or permitted by any statute or other law amended or repealed by chapter 150 of the Session Laws of 1966 as though such repeal or amendment had not occurred.
