58-15-102. Disclosure of information to assist in search. An insurer may disclose the minimum necessary personal information about an insured or beneficiary to a person to whom the insurer reasonably believes may be able to assist the insurer to locate the beneficiary or a person otherwise entitled to payment of the proceeds.
