§ 50-2-12 Approval of expenditures and disbursements.

50-2-12. Approval of expenditures and disbursements. The commission shall approve the expenditure and disbursement of moneys appropriated and available for matching purposes and for the construction, development, operation, marking, and maintenance of airports, and airport facilities.
