§ 47-16-14 Absentee voting.

47-16-14. Absentee voting. An absent member of a cooperative may submit a signed vote by mail or electronic means if the member has been previously notified in writing of the exact motion or resolution upon which the vote is taken. The bylaws may limit use of signed votes.
